Aleksandra Rybak – trainee

Aleksandra Rybak, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of University in Wrocław She is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Opole. She’s main specialty is corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, labor law and litigation. Past professional experience includes advising on corporate matters, including participation in due diligence studies, preparation of legal opinions, the current legal services to Polish businesses, including formation of companies, changes in ownership, the preparation of corporate documents and letters in the proceedings before the National Court Register.
