Małgorzata Smolińska

Małgorzata Smolińska, Attorney and Counselor at Law, graduated from the Department of Law, University of Silesia in Katowice, and completed her legal adviser training in the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Opole. In March 2010 she was appointed by Prime Minister Waldemar Pawlak in the composition of the legal committee of the Social Council for the National Emission Reduction Program, where her interests are focused on legal issues related to clean coal technologies, including CCS. She’s experience is as a legal advisor to business entities in the broad scope of their operational activity, particularly on issues concerning civil law, commercial and energy law. Małgorzata Smolińska specializes in legal aspects of regulated business activity, in particular energy (including renewable energy). She offers advisory services to companies from the energy sector as to company law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), energy law, greenfield investments, spatial development and environmental protection.
